You’ll own everything from executive support and office systems to light finance coordination and team-building events. You’re highly organized, tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Medellin (Colombia): As our Technical Account & Onboarding Manager, you’ll seamlessly take new clients from “signed contract” through to “fully operational.” You combine the relationship-building skills of an Account Manager with the delivery prowess of a seasoned Project Manager—focusing on automation, integrations and customer delight.
Medellin (Colombia): You’re the first line of defense for both our customers and internal users. You’ll troubleshoot platform issues, manage our IT systems (workstation setups, email, VPNs) and build QA automation to keep releases rock-solid.
Austin (Texas): As Head of Engineering you’ll partner with our CTO to shape Neurologic Digital’s technical vision and lead execution. You thrive in ambiguity, excel at structuring teams and processes, and will drive delivery of our B2B digital‐assistant platform from MVP to scale.
Austin (Texas): You’ll own end-to-end feature development: backend services, APIs, integrations, and customer-facing UI. Candidate must be self-driven, quality-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup, moving rapidly between codebases and product requirements.
