How quickly can I start using my digital assistant?

Once you register, complete the brief KYC form, and we provision your number (usually within 1–2 business days), your assistant is live immediately—no lengthy onboarding required. (This does not apply to Playground.)

Do I need to submit formal documents for KYC?

It depends on the country you’re sourcing your number from — U.S. local numbers typically require just a self-declaration, while EU markets may ask for additional proof. Regardless of region, our white-glove onboarding team will guide you through each step, so just reach out and we’ll make it smooth sailing.

How many calls can my assistant handle?

Playground (Free): No live calls — just a demo environment to explore features.

Core ($299/mo): Handles the workload of a full-time human assistant — 24/7 coverage at a single concurrency level.

Elite (Custom): Scale without limits — add as many concurrent assistants as you need, from 1 to hundreds, to absorb any call volume, dynamically.

Can I choose how my assistant sounds?

 Absolutely. Pick from multiple voices and voice personalities (slow-paced executive, friendly concierge, calm facilitator, etc.) and tweak speed and tone to match your brand. In Core and Elite you can even develop your own voice personality brand.

Will I get transcripts of every call?

Yes. After each call, you receive a clear, bite-sized summary and full transcript delivered to your dashboard and optionally emailed to you or your CRM.

How does appointment scheduling work?
