Role Overview

As Head of Engineering you’ll partner with our CTO to shape Neurologic Digital’s technical vision and lead execution. You thrive in ambiguity, excel at structuring teams and processes, and will drive delivery of our B2B digital‐assistant platform from MVP to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product roadmap into technical strategy and execution plan
• Architect scalable, secure, high-availability cloud services (GCP)
• Lead, mentor and grow a distributed engineering team
• Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent
• 10+ years software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Use of and experience with AI tools that accelerate problem solving and time to market
• Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS products in a startup or high-growth environment
• Deep full-stack background (our tech stack is Python/Flask, React, MySQL and ChromaDB)
• Experience developing massively scalable systems, most importantly: queuing technology and horizontal scalability in the cloud
• Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming and use of multiple CPUs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with AI engine APIs like Gemini, OpenAI, etc.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Prior experience in a distributed team across US & LATAM timezones
